How does this work?

Junior Counselor – (Ages 16-17)

Junior Counselors are needed in conjunction with the Village Program. “JC's” travel independently to the hosting nation's Village, act as a link between the adult Village Leaders and the 11-year olds, and help plan and run daily activities.

Junior Interchange Leader - (Ages 18-20)

Sometimes there is an opening for a Junior Leader for Interchanges. This arises with the larger groups.

The Jr. Leader would assist the Adult Leader, host the Jr. leader from the partner nation, and attend all delegation activities.
